It is the last full year of high school that colleges will see in your application. It pretty much sets the stage for the overall GPA, both weighted and unweighted, that you will present to colleges. It is the last year in which you can really show your passion in extracurricular activities. And let's not talk about exams! You will be taking the PSAT (important for the National Merit Scholarship award!), the SAT, the ACT, and a whole slew of SAT Subjects and APs. After all of this, you are set and ready to begin college applications once school starts in the fall of your Senior Year. So, crank it up and do your absolute best in your Junior Year! Good luck!
